Additional Information

*Please allow 2-3 business days after order is placed for utility locates to be completed.

​

*It's your responsibility to notify us for sign removal when the property listing closes or expires. Recommended to remove post and sign a few days before closing to avoid damages.

​

*Posts cannot be installed the day after your order... a Utility Locate Ticket must be submitted for every install order. Proper location protects both Pacific Post Pros and the agent. Locates take, on average, 2-3 days to complete

*If location site is bare land, email plat map and nearest address to            pacificpostpros@gmail.com

​

​

*When situations arise that requires us to return to an address to hang a new sign or relocate a previously placed post, the following fees will apply:

  • Return to site half of install price

​

*Lost - Damaged - Stolen Post Fee

When a Pacific Post Pros sign post or flyer box is lost, damaged, or stolen the following fees will apply:

  • Post: $65.00

  • Stake: $25.00

  • Flyer Box: $11.00

 
*Sprinkler Systems
Please mark on property or indicate during initial order if a specific location of post install is desired and if property includes a sprinkler system or any other potential restrictions.  We do our best to watch out for sprinkler systems, however it is your job to notify us if the property has a sprinkler system.  If a sprinkler is damaged during sign installation, Pacific Post Pros must be notified and given a reasonable amount of time to repair/have repaired any water line broken in the process of sign placement.  Maximum reimbursement will be the cost of the sign rental if we are not given an opportunity to repair the break.

*Non-Relocate Courtesy Stop

There are times when a post is leaning due to inclement weather or maybe the post has been sitting there for a while and isn't looking as professional... no problem, we can fix these issues at no cost! Send us an email or give us a ring.

*Office Stop

We encourage agents to include complete specifics of post install on initial order.  However, we do understand that details change along the way. 

Please let us know, before your install of any additional signage needs. This allows us time to schedule a stop to pick them up at your office.
